For nearly two decades, Stephen Strickhausen has helped buyers and sellers navigate one of the country’s most dynamic real estate markets. Since entering the business in 2007, he has been involved in hundreds of transactions across Middle Tennessee, building a reputation for discretion, market knowledge, and a genuinely client-first approach.

Stephen began his career at Keller Williams before moving to Benchmark Realty, LLC, where he continues to serve clients today. Over the years he has had the honor of representing a remarkably diverse clientele. Country music artists, professional athletes, and other public figures alongside first-time home buyers, investors, and developers. Whatever the price point or profile, every client receives the same attentive, confidential service.

His experience spans the full breadth of the Middle Tennessee market, from high-end residential in both city and suburban settings to farms and land, high-rise condos, short-term rental and Airbnb investments, and development opportunities. Living on a farm himself, Stephen brings firsthand insight to rural and acreage properties, while his work across Williamson, Davidson, Rutherford, Maury, and Marshall counties keeps him fluent in everything from downtown Nashville to the communities of Franklin, Brentwood, and beyond.

Beyond his transactions, Stephen has served on numerous committees with the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR), contributing to the profession and community that have given him so much.

Away from real estate, Stephen is a private pilot and a devoted family man, happily married and the proud father of four children. He has a deep love for serving his community and approaches both his business and personal life with the same integrity and care.
